After hearing the presentations and doing a presentation on the beauty ideal and self image i wanted to look into what kind of things were portrayed in public. The URL above is from the Los Angeles Times and it has a short summary of a bunch of different articles in the magazine. I was curious as to what was said in these short summaries to persuade people to change their ways. This is being reflected onto the public and the age of girls being concerned about their body image is getting younger and younger.
